It's been a sunny and science-filled week at the ICC After School Program! 🌞 Our students have been out and about, enjoying the beautiful weather while continuing their citizen science efforts, collecting valuable data on our local environment. Even our littlest learners are getting in on the action—our preschoolers have started their journey into the world of bugs, learning all about insect anatomy with hands-on activities. It's never too early to become a scientist!

The Izard County Lady Cougars fell today to Bigelow, 1-0, in the regional tournament at South Side Bee Branch and the Cougars led late but lost, 6-3, to Bigelow. Both of our teams battled hard and competed well against the top competition from the other conference. Great seasons by both teams! A big thank you to all the players and coaches for their hard work this season.
