Izard County Stem School Jr. High Quiz Bowl had a fantastic day at Bryant Jr. High, participating in the AGQBA Jr High Quiz Bowl Camp. It was a day to encourage them to gain confidence and valuable experience for the upcoming season while playing with students from other teams around the state. Ian Bear was named outstanding 9th grade player averaging 16 questions/game ,and his team finished 2nd overall with a perfect 3-0 record. Congrats on a great day! Payson Speake will compete as a finalist in the Entrepreneurship competition on-site at the Summit in Hot Springs November 5th and 6th. She will also have her fly tying business on display during the summit and be considered a vendor!
Gage Neilsen has won 3rd place in the AGFC Generation Conservation high school pre competition submission for AGFC Nature Center Exhibit.
